Survey, Ward County, Texas.  Parcel number: 706105. The 2010 taxes of $11.71 have not been paid. There are past due taxes of $30.28, as of 3-4-11, includes 2009 & 2010.  There are past due taxes for 2009 owed to Pecos Barstow School of $28.79. The 2010 school taxes of $19.38 were paid. The County seat is located in the City of Monahans, TX. The picture below is of the general area in Ward County, not of this particular parcel.

LIENS: Past due taxes owed to Ward County of $30.28 and past due taxes owed to Pecos Barstow School of $28.79 as of 3-4-11, payable by the Buyer. We do not know of any liens.

LOCATION INFO:  Ward County is on the southwestern edge of the High Plains region of southwest Texas. The center of the County is near the community of Pyote. Monahans, the county seat, is in the northeastern corner of Ward County at the intersection of Interstate Hwy 20 and Farm Road 18, thirty-three miles southwest of Odessa on the Missouri Pacific Railroad. The area was named for Thomas W. Ward.
