The 2011 maintenance fees were $1,962.70. The 2012 amount has not been billed out yet..  Transfer fee $250. The resort pictured below is The Ridge on Sedona Golf Resort in Sedona, AZ. This is not a deeded timeshare. It is a perpetual use membership. A Bill of Sale and transfer documents from Diamond Resorts will be provided to the Buyer.
