There are past due taxes of $1,150.80, as of 4-10-12 (includes 2007, 2008, 2009 & 2010). Total taxes due: $1,438.50. This is a buildable lot about 3 miles west of Huntsville, AR, zoned residential.  The picture below is of another lot in Hidden Valley Estates, not of this particular parcel. The assessed FCV for the parcel is $35,000.

LOCATION INFO: Madison County was formed on September 30, 1836 from part of Washington County and was names in honor of James Madison the fourth President of the United States.
