Cambric Lane, Casa Grande, AZ 85122. The 2010 taxes of $116.76 have not been paid. The past due amount from 2010 is $122.99 good through as of 5-31-11. There is a 14' x 64' Trailer (Mobile Home) on the property. The Mobile Home is a 1987 High Chaparral,  Tiffany. Title #M024005094015. According to the owner, the walls were retexured and painted a few years ago and skirting was put around the bottom of the Trailer. The trailer has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, (1 bath with a new commode and vanity). All utilities are available. The inside needs some work. The owner says it is a "fixer upper" and that it will need new flooring and landscaping.

LIENS:  Past due taxes of $122.99 as of 5-31-11, payable by the buyer. We do not know of any liens.
