There are past due taxes of $127.02 per lot, as of 7-31-11 (includes 2010 and a tax lien of $88.37 for 2008).  The nearest cities are Mesitas, Garcia and San Luis. The picture below is of the general area not of these particular parcels.  (We do not have a picture of these parcels.) The assessed FCV is $3700 per lot.
