According to the P.O.A. (573) 365-8557, this is a buildable, residential lot, there is water and electricity available. The 2009 taxes of $25.00 have been paid. P.O.A. dues for 2010 were $261.00 and there are past due P.O.A. dues of $291.44.  The picture below is of the general area not of this particular parcel.
